You will enjoy meals prepared by our Costa Rican chef using local fresh ingredients. The villa’s bartender serves the meals and handles the bar during the day and early evening before and during dinner.
Food & Beverages
Breakfast – Normally served between 8 and 8:30 am. Each morning you will served fresh fruit, toast, juices, pancakes or French toast along with different egg dishes.
Lunch – Lunch is typically served from noon to 1:00 pm and consists of variety salads such as tarragon chicken salad, taco salad and tuna salad. Other lunches consist of tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken, nachos, pasta and grilled fish or chicken strips.
Dinner – Our dinners are served between 5:30 and 5:45pm. Each entrée is served with soup or salad, fresh side vegetables, bread and dessert. Entrees are made using the freshest local ingredients, including fresh seafood, chicken, beef and pork. Among the seafood and entrees served during the week’s stay are fresh pan-fried red snapper, grilled mahi mahi, shrimp, beef tenderloin, Hawaiian pork chop, chicken parmesan and lasagna.
Beverages – Your friendly bartender will gladly mix and serve refreshing drinks while you relax in the pool or in your lounger. The bar includes Imperial and Imperial light, red and white house wines, rum vodka, tequila, gin, and bourbon. He specializes in margaritas, pina coladas, mojitos, daiquiris and other frozen drinks. Soft drinks, fruit drinks, milk and Costa Rica coffee are also available.
